Abstract
The studies main purpose is to determine if there is a correlation between participants' political views and their attitudes toward marijuana. The survey was conducted through google forms and the distribution of the survey to peers in order to obtain information on participants' political views in terms of party affiliation, and then their attitudes toward marijuana. A few major findings from the study was that almost every participant Agreed that recreational marijuana use should be available for recreational use in adults. Additionally the only participants to answer that they disagree with legalization were participants that said they prefer not to say their party affiliation and Republicans.
