The Hibbs Institute conducts various types of research and case analyses on business, economics and government. These analyses can be “whitepapers” made for the benefit of the community at large or as “technical reports” completed at the request of a specific client for a cost. Both white papers and technical reports are intended to help readers understand an issue, or provide data and analysis (e.g. benefit-cost analysis, economic impact study) to leaders make a decision.
