Abstract

This brief reviews recent trends in the Tyler, Texas, housing market, noting a shift from rapid post‑pandemic price increases toward greater market balance in early 2025. With more homes for sale and longer selling times, housing conditions are stabilizing, though high mortgage rates continue to challenge affordability. Ongoing population growth and economic activity support continued demand for housing.
