Topics discussed include; approval of state signature cards, survey and topography site report and authorization of expenditures, renovations of the temporary site, consideration of selection of an architect, nominations for the Tyler State College Educational Foundation, review of 1972-1975 budget appropriations and budget appropriations for 1974-1975, curriculum and degree programs for 1973 spring and summer semesters, and personnel additions.
