Abstract
We conducted a research over if students actually study while at the library. For our observations, we were participant as observer meaning the students did not know they were being observed. Our research took place in the University of Texas at Tyler library. In this data analysis we used qualitative analysis, this focuses on more of what is being researched rather than the numbers involved. Our fieldwork was conducted on the third floor in the library since most students tend to gather there rather than the first and second floor. We observed and wrote down everything. We stuck with the most common things we observed such as, students that would attend the library in group and students who would attend the library alone.
