Description
This is a photograph of President Stewart speaking at TSC's first convocation. The ceremony was to honor the 47 students who had completed degree requirements since May, 1974. Dr. B.H. McVicker, TSC Board of Regents chairman, was the guest speaker and degree candidates, guests and faculty members were invited to attend a reception which followed the ceremony.
