Description
This photograph shows Tyler State College being presented with an Outstanding Citizenship Award to employees on February 28th, 1974. The award was given for their support given to the United Fund drive during the fall semester of 1973. Dr. Robert Cranford accepted the award, and is pictured showing the award to two TSC students.
