This document is a letter from president Stewart to Dr. Chester A. Newland of the Federal Executive Training Institute. President Stewart is thanking Dr. Newland for his accepting the offer to give the keynote speech at the inauguration, as well as informing Dr. Newland of progress of the planning for the ceremonies.
