From the description label: Margaret Heckler, R., Wellesley, Mass., is telling Sarah McClendon, at left, that Sarah was the reason Heckler came to Congress. She heard Sarah make a speech to republican women urging them to get more women to run for Congress. Later that day, Heckler conferred with McClendon about it. Then later Heckler ran against the late Joseph Martin, former Speaker of the House, and won.
