Abstract
There has been a substantial lack of resources and funding for young mothers in east Texas colleges/universities. Several east Texas universities lack in providing the essential resources for young mothers who are in need of financial help and support for their children. This research aims to examine how east Texas colleges/universities can provide more resources and financial help to young mothers who are seeking a college degree by examining east Texas colleges/universities and comparing them to other universities that assist in helping young mothers in their college experience. The purpose of this research is to inform others on the need of support for young college mothers.
