Abstract
As our new environment evolves, it is even more important for organizations to attract skilled, productive and motivated workers. Factors such as job satisfaction, productivity and organizational commitment are among the implications and challenges in finding the proper job match while utilizing available talent. Therefore, we should look at the nature of employment for the region.
